Enter the patient's date of birth as MMDD (Month and Date) and click Authenticate.

For example: if your child's date of birth is August 15th, you will need to enter 0815.

Note:

You can select to change the language from English to Spanish or Creole.

Confirm your appointment details and click on Start Meeting.

Please wait - once the clinician is ready for your appointment, they will let you in to the virtual consult room.

Click Wifi or Cellular Data to connect your audio, then click on OK so the clinician can hear you.

Your Telehealth consult has begun, and the clinician will guide you through the call.

When finished, click on Leave and then click on Leave Meeting. You will be disconnected from the Zoom meeting.

When you receive the appointment confirmation via email, you will have the ability to Add to Calendar for future appointment reminders:

Click on the link in your email. The link will only be accessible 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

If you do not have Zoom installed, click on Download Now or Join from Your Browser.

Please wait for the clinician to start the meeting.

Once the clinician is ready for your appointment, they will let you in to the virtual consult room.

Join with Computer Audio, or click on Phone Call and call in to the meeting.

Your Telehealth consult has begun, and the clinician will guide you through the call. Be sure to turn on your microphone and camera.

When finished, click on Leave and then click on Leave Meeting. You will be disconnected from the Zoom meeting.
